Domestic Shipping

All standard orders will be shipped via Australia Post Express at a flat rate of $15 per order. For larger orders, we will contact you to advise cost. We strive to ship all orders within three business days of receipt – Occassionally some delays may occur during high volume times!

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wine Loops, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality and your satisfaction. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, our products are guaranteed to meet acceptable quality standards, meaning they should be safe, durable, free from defects, look as expected, and perform their intended functions.

We hope you love your Wine Loops purchase! However, if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help under the following terms and conditions:

Defective Goods

At Wine Loops, every product is carefully handcrafted to perfection. If, in the rare case, you receive a defective item, please:

  1. Complete a Returns Form: Download the form [here] and complete the details.

  2. Email Us: Send the form to hello@mywineloops.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item.

Once we review your submission and deem the item defective, we will replace it free of charge as soon as possible.

Damage in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged during shipping:

  1. Contact us immediately at hello@mywineloops.com.

  2. Include photos of the shipping box and the damaged item(s).

We’ll resolve the matter promptly by replacing the damaged item or offering another suitable solution.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damaged Goods from Misuse

Wine Loops are delicate, like jewellery for your glass, and must be handled with care. Products damaged due to misuse, including being put through the dishwasher, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Care Instructions:

  • Remove Wine Loops from glasses before washing.

  • Wipe them clean with a soft cloth.

  • Store them in their presentation case or storage tin to ensure years of use.

  2. Complete the Form: Provide all necessary details, including your order number and description of the issue.

  3. Submit the Form: Email the completed form to hello@mywineloops.com.

Once we receive your request, our team will be in touch to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
